3:38 am - Well, it's a begining.

A new one, because I'm tired of the old one and the old people and the old drama. So here I am, stepping aside and shifting into something more comfortable, a new shell to be broken in and shaped as I find need. I'll still post angst, I'm afraid you'll have to deal with that. I'll still be very random, and you'll need to deal with that too.
If it bothers you, by all means, drop me like a bad habit-- but tell me, when you do so, so that I don't go looking about and come across it months later and get hit by a sudden, random sense of sadness. It's always nicer to just... say goodbye, rather than dissappear without a word or wave. So please keep that in mind; if you find that my life isn't bouncy enough, or perky enough, or the fact that I tend to post as a stress relief more than anything most times, and thus often carry a lot more rage in my text than I truly feal in real life.
I apologize in advance if I offend or irritate you, but I really can't please everyone, every day... and I'm not about to try. Not because I don't care, but because it's not worth the stress. If you're unsatisfied with me, you're unsatisfied, and I'm not going to tether anyone.
Say goodbye, say hello... whichever you see fit. But say it.

yay new icons. It's been a while. XD They're pretty simple-- The hard part was finding a decent video to capture the little ascii icons from and screencapping every single one of them.
THIS SONG IS INVADING MY HEAD. seriously, i haven't even played the game. I just watched Caitlin's bro play it all the way through.
fsk. As soon as i get a phone that i can set the ringtones on? This is totally going to be one of them. Or the little midi version they play on the radios throughout the game.

...so I'm gonna try this posting more frequently thing. people keep telling me I need to (even though I don't see a need to, since most anything going on is viewed in Caitlin's journal before mine XD) as it's supposedly 'good for me' to let stuff out.
...uh...
today was a work day. It was boring, because apparently we're REALLY FREAKING SLOW after a holiday. which makes perfect sense, seeing as everyone got work done on their cars before/during their holiday trips and so they don't need work done right now.. and because everyone's pocketbook is singing the song of emptiness after holiday shopping...
but the good thing about it is, i had time to go flit around in the bay for a bit and have my awesome soon-to-not-be-any-longer manager show me some stuff. for about.. half an hour before Janice had to take lunch :( ahwell.
YAY I GOT TO SEE HOW TO DECLINE A FLAT REPAIR BECAUSE THERE WASN'T A FLAT TO REPAIR! HOORAY!
it was a whole heck of a lot more fun than standing around the cash register twiddling my thumbs and waiting for someone, anyone, to ask me to ring something up. yeesh.
... I'm not really sure what to write. so, I leave you with fuzzy bunnies and pancakes on Vergil's head, and I'm gonna go.. do.. something now. I don't know what, though.

He's adorabible. But, presently he's in the kitty hospital, gettin' an IV and some barium and bloodwork done... hopefully everything will go good. he had a seizure earlier when they first tried to put the IVs in him for fluids and nutrients...
Poor kitty's not been eating or drinking anything, and he's been hauking up hairballs last couple days-- this morning it was kinda foamy and less hairy, so we took him to the vet. On a good note, he's already leash trained, so that's one less worry. :) ...
mow... caitlin's worried about him, and i am too.. our kitties are like the bebbies we can't naturally have. :( so please keep your fingers crossed that the lil' baby (i use the term little lightly, as he's 14.6 pounds) will get better and come home and be happy.
other than that, it's getting ready for work, working on the comic, cleaning up the room, moving neko's stuff out and john's stuff in times of late.
tho afest did roxxor. scott mcneil and his girlfriend lub me for my hands. moahaha. i'm glad he'll be there next year, too.

On another note, holy crap. I think I just witnessed an in-land hurricane tonight. I'm not sure if there's a real word for that. but winds in excess of 75 miles an hour, trees literally uprooted before my eyes, cars being pushed sideways, power lines thrown out of the ground...
...tonight was really scary.

yeah. so uh. my phone? completely trashed. because it was in my purse when i had to run out in the pouring rain, and it got water damage.
it won't even turn on now.
and guess what isn't covered by warranty?
WATER DAMAGE!
it's not even fucking six months old yet, and i have to get a new fucking phone. $350 down the drain, whoo-hoo.
i'm going to go fucking kill myself. thanks.
any plans for a new vehical? trashed. in order to get a new phone, i'll probably have to sign up for a new plan. and dad probably won't do that. so i gotta start paying for it outta pocket-- i can't afford that and a new car. much less gas, but... *sighs*...
i fucking hate you texas weather.

So. Caitlin decided to splurge on me yesterday and went and bought me my own DSlite. And then today we traded in a buncha crap that we didn't need, duplicates or games we had no interest in anymore, etc. She got Elite Beat Agents, and I..
I broke down and got Pokemon Pearl.
I feel a little bit dirty inside. But at least I can have the satisfaction of naming all of my pokemon after Phoenix Wright, DMC, and Megaman characters.
BECAUSE I'M A FREAK LIKE THAT.
for instance, my Piplup is named... Naru. <.< i uh, just started. so i don't have any others yet. but I will name them things! oh yes.
