alienkatpiggy's new journal. If you're an old friend from there, and you've found me, please do comment and I'll gladly friend you again if you wish it. I mostly just grabbed the people I converse most often with to bring over immediately... And it's nothing agaisnt anyone else.

If you've never met me before now, I'll take this time to warn you of a few things.

I suffer from situational depression on occasion, so expect angst. Mostly, it's posted in an attempt to relieve stress and clear my thoughts, so if you're not interested in it, pay attention to my tags and move along if you don't want to read. Nobody's forcing you to read it.

I like to participate in debates, so long as they don't get out of hand. I don't mind controversy in my journal, but if someone starts a flame war, I'll more likely be amused over anything else despite any tone in my replies, so most often... It's not worth it. If you really have a personal problem with me, feel free to email me about it.

I take offense easily, and try to apologize quickly when I realize I'm wrong. Perfection is not a trait I possess. Take things I say in anger with a grain of salt, and more often than not I'll apologize for taking things the wrong way shortly thereafter. I understand that miscommunications happen, and tones of voice don't carry over text very well at all.

If I friend you, you aren't obligated to friend me back. If you do, or of you friend me randomly, by all means drop me a line and let me know. If you friend me and I haven't friended you back, let me know as soon as possible, and I'll update my listing to include you.

I'm a little ball of hate sometimes. I hate many many things, though I love many more things. As my journal is for stress relief, I end up posting things that irritate me, or to complain. If this isn't your cup of tea, then so be it. Again, nobody's forcing you to read these things. But if you do un-friend me because of it (or any other reason), let me know, it's only polite.

I enjoy comments, and highly encourage them, they make my day. So while I'm not usually directly trying to get attention, I adore it (as most people, inwardly anyways, do). If you like something I post or say, say so. If you dissagree, say so. An opinion is an opinion, and I encourage those, too.

That done, the disclaimer out of the way, if you still wanna friend me, go ahead. I'd love it.

And now, brief details:

I'm a leo. I don't always act like it.
I love Decora/Decorer and Gothic Lolita fashions, and work as a fashion designer of sorts for Broken Bokken. I'm a seamstress, and while I don't mention it often, sewing is another of my stress reliefs... (as well as stress sources).
I'm engaged to

murmur_twins and love her with my entire heart and soul.
I support teh ghey, and gay marriage.
I'm a Christian, but I won't force you to believe what I do.
I love cosplay, and will occasionally post pics of me in costume or other random outfits I've thrown together. Don't worry, I'll keep them under a cut. ;)
